The contractor shall deliver ‘foresight-on-demand’ services to assist the contracting authority in managing the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme (NDAP) programmes and accomplishing their objectives.

Provision of expertise for technical evaluation of plans and operations under the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme.

Provision of expertise for regular review of the application of earned value management and use of key performance indicators in reporting under the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme.
