The canton of Zurich aims to have a network of loading facilities that ensure access to the rail freight network. Accordingly, there are various entries for cargo handling facilities in the cantonal structure plan. In the present submission, the planning services for the new construction of this system are procured. The contractor is to provide all planning and specialist planning services in connection with the project in accordance with SIA 103, in particular, but not limited to, the service areas of civil engineering, supporting structure and railway technology (route, cable, contact line). With the award only the services of SIA sub-phase 31 are triggered. All services in sub-phases 32 to 53 are only triggered if the relevant funding and project approval from the authorities are available.
