General planning for the fire station in the northern part of Leipzig/Halle airport, in particular with the following performance specifications:

- building construction and fire protection,

- outdoor areas,

- Transport facilities, inbs. installation space for external emergency personnel in the event of an accident,

- structural engineering,

- technical equipment,

- Building physics

- engineering structures.

HOAI service phases 1 to 4, 6 and 7 must be planned on the basis of the existing planning results. For the construction of the building, the bundling of construction services is foreseen in a general contractor contract. The aim is to also enable system construction or the use of finished parts for time and cost reasons. In service phase 6, a functional service description must therefore be drawn up according to the specifications of the client.

The services to be commissioned are divided into the following project stages for the aforementioned service areas:

- Project stage 1: basic analysis, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning (HOAI service phases 1 to 4.

- Project stage 2: Preparation of a functional service description and participation in the award (HOAI service phases 6 and 7).

- Project stage 3: Review of the execution plan of the general contractor

A firm order is planned for project stage 1. There is no entitlement to call project stages 2 and 3. The contractor cannot derive any rights from a failure to commission project stage 2 and/or 3.
