1. The subject of the contract is: the implementation and launch of the "National Satellite Information System Cloud Platform – NSIS-Cloud", including:

1) STAGE I - implementation of the platform - implementation and launch of the NSIS-Cloud cloud platform;

2) STAGE II - platform support - platform support and User support.

The subject of the contract is: implementation and launch of the "Cloud Platform of the National Satellite Information System – NSIS-Cloud", including:

1) STAGE I - implementation of the platform - implementation and launch of the NSIS-Cloud cloud platform;

2) STAGE II - platform support - platform support and User support.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract will be implemented in stages, including:

1) Stage I – within a period not longer than 50 days*, but not shorter than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement;

2) Stage II – within 2 months from the date of completion of Stage I.

*Attention!

Due to the fact that one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders is the "Deadline for the implementation of Stage I" (see Chapter XIX OF THE SWZ), the Contractor may offer a deadline for the implementation of Stage I shorter than 50 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not shorter than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

INFORMATION ON THE ENVISAGED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1)(7) OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW:

Pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, to award the contract to the existing Service Contractor, consisting in the repetition of similar services, including:

1) development of the Platform, including in particular: implementation and integration of new data, products, services, applications, services, services along with the adaptation of infrastructure, networks, resources, tools, functionalities, portals, interfaces and appropriate updating of documentation;

2) operating the platform and supporting Users, including in particular: handling resources, operating the processing environment, operating and maintaining the data catalog, operating portals, monitoring the Platform, reporting, help-desk operation, preparing and conducting trainings, user service.

The condition for awarding the above-mentioned contract will be to obtain financial resources for this purpose.
