The contract concerns external supervision and maintenance, as well as snow removal and anti-slip measures, of the client's property portfolio according to the contract documents. Outdoor environment / Snow removalCare areas are shown in Scope. The maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the appendices included in the contract. Variations may occur between years depending on, for example, changed management focus or purchase/sale of properties.
