Delivery and introduction of an IT-supported overall solution for digital medication and treatment management for Klinikum Landkreis Tuttlingen gGmbH

The Klinikum Landkreis Tuttlingen gGmbH ensures basic and standard care for internal, gynaecological, general and trauma surgery diseases at its locations in Tuttlingen and Spaichingen.

The aim is to design a continuous digital documentation process that, in addition to nursing and treatment documentation, also covers the medication prescription including drug therapy safety and can be integrated with the existing hospital information system (NEXUS HIS). Furthermore, the supply by the current third-party pharmacy and the connection to the local unit dose vending machine must be ensured.

Since patient safety can only be ensured within the framework of the patient journey through seamless, seamless documentation across system boundaries, the systems to be procured attach great importance to the possibility of integrating the systems into the established overall system and in particular the NEXUS HIS and thus process efficiency. Achieving the operational readiness of the overall system in the overall network of the customer by

- Installation, customizing and integration of all system components including connection/integration KIS/KAS of the client on the basis of international standards

- Connection / integration of the relevant subsystems based on international and interoperable standards

- Connection / integration of the third-party pharmacy (via MobiDiK) including the unit dose machine (Willach)

- Implementation of the listed project management services

- Implementation of the listed training courses

- Creation and updating of the required documentation

- Provision of system services for the entire system

A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority.
