The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Zamość Branch under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and executive acts issued on its basis to facilities (collection points), implemented
on the basis of the sales contract referred to in Article 5(1) and (2), point 1 of that Act. The subject of the contract should be made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract of the Ordering Party (Annex 3A-3D doSWZ)
PART I – tariff group C24 – supply of electricity to the NOSG Headquarters in Chełm and SG Branches in Dołhobyczów, Hrubieszów, ZbereżSupply of electricity to the NOSG Headquarters in Chełm and the Border Guard Offices in Dołhobyczów, Hrubieszów, Zbereż. Estimated amount – 1 554 541 kWh.
Part II – Gr. tariffs. C11 – delivery of ee to PSG: in Włodawa, Lubycza Królewska, Horodle, Wola Uhruska, Chłopiatyn and Siedlisko, Hniszów, Uchańka, Sobibór, Liwcze, Ślipcze, Machnów NowySupply of electricity to SG Branches: in Włodawa, Lubycza Królewskia, Horodle, Wola Uhruska, Chłopiatyn and Siedlisko, Hniszów, Uchańka, Sobibór, Liwcze, Ślipcze, Machnów Nowy. Estimated amount – 336 608 kWh.
Part III – tariff group C12A – supply of electricity to SG outlets in Skryhiczyn and KryłówSupply of electricity to the SG Branches in Skryhiczyn and Kryłów Estimated amount 94 882 kWh.
