The subject of the contract is to perform operational and maintenance works of lighting infrastructure installed in the area of operation of OUiD sp. z o.o. divided into 8 parts (Districts) according to Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the contract includes:

1) basic operational and maintenance works specified in Annex 2 to the model contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ

2) additional operational and maintenance works not included in Annex 2 to the model contract referred to in point 1)

3) ensuring round-the-clock readiness to undertake the work specified in point 1)
