Replacement new building for buildings E + F and new construction of a canteen, Friedrich-Fleischmann-Grundschule Marktheidenfeld Technical planning Technical equipment separated into lot 1 HLS and lot 2 ELT

The city of Marktheidenfeld is planning the expansion of the primary school on the site of Ludwigstraße 29. Here, the buildings E + F are to be demolished and rebuilt with the following space program:

- 9 classrooms

- 7 group rooms

- Adjacent and administrative rooms

- Rooms for the open all-day area

- Canteen (for at least 160 children)

A new 3-storey solid construction is planned.

The construction measures will be carried out while the school is running in parallel.

Currently, the existing buildings on the property are supplied with heat via gas heating in building A and with underground pipes. The client intends to implement a future-oriented energy concept for the entire site. This should possibly be extended later by a new kindergarten building. Against this background, an essential aspect in the first two HOAI service phases lies in advising the client together with the other specialist planners and architects with regard to the decision to convert to a building network with renewable energy sources, taking into account the different temperature levels (old stock, indoor pool/gymnasium, highly efficient new building).

Therefore, in the engineering contract, the client expressly reserves the right to commission the contractor with the planning services with regard to concept development and the renewal of the heating centers in the existing building and / or the construction of a new headquarters by one-sided call-off.

-Special requirements for media technology (ELA, digital classrooms, etc.)

The total costs (KG 200 – 700) are assumed to be approx. € 10.866 million gross on the basis of cost guidelines. (As of 15.04.2021)

Note:

With the entry into force of the new version of the HOAI 2021 on January 1, 2021, the binding to minimum and maximum rates is lifted. The fee tables of the HOAI 2021 show orientation values.

The fee is based on the agreement that the contracting parties make in writing.

The client points out that a higher or lower fee than the guide values specified in the fee tables of the HOAI can be agreed. Unless an agreement has been made, the respective basic fee rate applies as agreed for the basic services.

The subject of the process is the specialist planning Technical Equipment

(HOAI 2021 part 4, section 2, § 53 et seq.)

Lot 1 for the plant groups according to § 53 HOAI ALG 1 + 2 + 3 + 7 + 8.

- gradual commissioning of the basic services of LPH 1 to 9

-for the time being only level 1 with LPH 1+2 including related special achievements

-further levels according to contract model (according to HAV-KOM)

Special services:

-Advising the working group and participating in funding procedures (level 1+2) and proof of use (level 3+4) (the respective application is made by the client himself)

-Connection of the system to the existing building

-Development of planning variants for the replacement of the existing gas heating system

A conversion to renewable energy sources is envisaged.

The assignment is intended in accordance with the provision of funding and funding.

There is no legal entitlement to the assignment, as well as the assignment of further stages or special services;

No planning services of the technical equipment ALG 1 – 3 + 7 + 8 according to HOAI have yet been provided.

It is assumed that the target finding phase is complete according to BGB.
