The subject of this contract includes the execution of construction works falling within the scope of the investment task including the construction of the administrative building of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecin, the belonging farm and garage building and technical infrastructure in the form of parking plazas, internal roads, crossings, paving of the site, connections and installation facilities with the final decision of the use permit. The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 of the PZP and the implementing acts of the PZP. Completion of execution of the Order Item - 20 months from the date of transfer of the construction site. For details of the order, see the Specification of the Terms of the Order hereinafter SWZ.
The scope of construction works, parameters of the objects, their location and scope of the installation is presented in the Design Documentation, which includes: construction project, executive project, Technical Specifications for the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works (“TSPACW”) - attachments to SWZ. Administrative building for the needs of forest management with a useful area of 3191,04 m2, a building area of 2066 m2, a two-storey, combining two technologies of execution: traditional with the use of reinforced concrete and masonry structures and prefabricated with the use of wooden elements structural. Farm and garage building with a usable area of 259,26 m2, built-up area 294,3 m2. 3) Land use in the form of: (a) parking plazas, b) flags masts, c) green planting (d) logotype of State Forests) small architecture in the form of benches, tables, waste baskets, f) terrain lighting
4) The necessary technical infrastructure, which consists of the execution of m.in.:a) underground fire container, (b) connection and water supply, (c) connection and installation of sanitary sewerage system, (d) connections and electrical system, (e) installation of heat pumps, f) CCTV system in the form of cameras external, (g) greenery watering system with automatic irrigation and the use of collected stormwater from the reservoirs for its collection.
Attention! The following works, listed in the objects of the works (annex 10 to the SWZ) do not constitute the object of the order: (1) the fence, including the entrance gates and wickets, (2) the forest walkways, (3) the access road with the exit from the side of Trzcinowa Street and (4) the grubbing of the area.
The Contracting Authority informatively states that the construction works referred to in point (1) (2) the Contracting Authority plans to perform at another time.
The works described in point (3) shall be carried out separately in two stages:
Stage 1. For the purposes of the implementation of the Investment, the destination exit and the access road made to the substructure layer of asphalt concrete (for the purpose of the execution of the Object of the Order) will be made. The transports for the purpose of the Order Subject shall not exceed the axle pressure on the road so made in the amount of 10 tonnes. After the Contractor Object is fulfilled, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to restore the original state of the access road from before the transfer of the construction site with the recreation of the elevations.
Stage 2. The finishing layer of the access road will be performed after the completion of the Order Item.
As for the work described in point (4) The Contracting Authority informs that the area for investment has been grubbed.Objects of works are also attached to the Design Documentation. Objects are solely auxiliary meaning. The quantities of individual types of work indicated in the objects of works are indicative sizes, and the discrepancy of these quantities in relation to the state of the established construction site can not be the basis for any claims in relation to the Ordering Authority.Detailed scope of work as part of the Subject order to perform the Contractor specifies:
1) Detailed description of the object of the order - Annex 9 to the SWZ;
2) Design documentation with attached decisions and permits - Annex No 10 to SWZ
3) Model contract — Annex 8 to SWZ
The contracting authority requires that the building in part is carried out using prefabricated wooden structural elements: modules of walls, ceilings and poles, mounted on the construction site.Contractor is obliged to include in the price also the costs associated with:
1) arranging the building facilities together with a room to allow the construction council and temporary landfill, as well as their removal and disposal,
2) drawing up a 'Safety and Health Plan',
3) the execution of an information board in accordance with the Law of Construction,
4) fence and security of the construction site,
5) obtaining arrangements, permits, decisions such as, for example, permission to use a construction facility, seizure of a road lane, execution of geological wells for a heat pump.
