The Westdeutscher Rundfunk Köln (WDR) is writing a framework agreement on

the supply of /security products from the manufacturers Trellix and Skyhigh on behalf of

of the following broadcasters and institutions of broadcasting corporations:

- Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR)

- North Deutscher Rundfunk (NDR)

- Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR)

- Deutschlandradio (DLR)

- ARD Hauptstadtstudio (ARD HSB), represented by Rundfunk Berlin-

Brandenburg

- ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice

Beneficiaries of this framework agreement are the aforementioned public service providers

Broadcasters or community institutions.

The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with the most economical bidder with a

a term of four years, over which the designated beneficiaries

Are authorized to cover their needs via individual requests.

WDR will inform the beneficiaries of all contractual arrangements

and take note of the contractor's offer. These oblige

to comply with all contractual provisions.

The contract is executed by the beneficiaries in their own name

and on your own account. Joint and several liability between the various

Beneficiaries are excluded.

The specific content of the service can be found in Chapter 7 of these tender documents.

Only a complete offer can be submitted. A submission of an offer

for individual partial services is not possible and leads to the exclusion of the offer.

Side offers are not permitted.

The minimum purchase quantities can be found in the attached appendix "Minimum purchases"

. In addition, there is no purchase obligation for the beneficiaries.

The estimated call-off volume is EUR 4,842,347.00 including VAT. And that

optional maximum volume is 6,435,000.00 euros incl. VAT.
