The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the receipt and development (recovery or disposal) indicated in the description of the object of the contract of municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Biała Rawska. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 6 to SWZ.
1.1. Receiving and landscaping (recovery or disposal) indicated in the description of the object of the order of municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Biała Rawska, on which residents reside, there are cottages and other properties used on recreational and recreational purposes.
1.2. Receipt and use of municipal waste in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in particular in Articles 17 to 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 of late) and in a manner that ensures that adequate levels of preparation are achieved for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, restrictions on the storage of mass of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), and implementing acts to those laws, according to the records of the competent Provincial Waste Management Plan and also with the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order on the territory of the city and the municipality of Biała Rawska.
1.3. Equipment with containers and containers of the selective waste collection point and collection of waste from the point.
1.4. Supplying residents (except residents in multi-family development) with bags for selective waste collection, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions.
1.5. The Contractor shall indicate in the offer the municipal installations to which the waste will be transferred.
