The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant at ul. Mazurska 47 in Elbląg with a capacity of Qśr.d. = 22,000 m
Reconstruction and expansion includes:
Element I modernization of sewage and sludge line - basic order,
Element II sewage sludge management - order covered by option law,
Element III land use - procurement covered by the option right.
Construction works will take place during the continuous operation of the treatment plant.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including project documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, can be found in the contract documents, available at the address listed in point 1.3) of this notice.
The reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant includes the reconstruction of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities. The order will be implemented in three elements. Purchaser, based on art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law Act, provides for the application of "option law". Element I, modernization of the sewage and sludge line, constitutes the "basic order". The implementation of subsequent elements (Element II sewage sludge management and / or Element III land use), covered by the "option right", will depend on the Employer's obtaining additional funds for this purpose.
The option right may be used in whole or in part. The condition for activating the "option right" is the submission by the Employer of a declaration of intent to exercise the "right of option".
Element I modernization of the sewage and sludge line - "basic order".
Element I includes the following objects:

- technological water intake and pumping station,
- catchment station,
- iron coagulant,
- installation of aluminum coagulant,
- automatic sampling station,
- container of sewage quality analyzers,
- excess sludge tank and floating parts,
- sludge thickening station,
- concentrated sludge tank,

- dehydrated sludge shed,
- machine washing stand,
- charge mixing square,
- desulphurization plant,
- biogas pumping station,
- condensate well and polypropylene filter,

Element II sewage sludge management - covered by the "option right".
The scope of element II includes the following objects:
a) designed facilities:
- composting plant,
- prism composting plant,
- compost maturing area,
- maneuvering area,
- process container and control room,
- biofilter with a scrubber,
- component boxes,
- compost stabilization boxes,
- yard for compost screening with a stationary sieve,
- winter compost warehouse,
- rinsing pumping station,
- leachate pumping station,
- external technological networks and sanitary installations,
- roads and squares;
b) objects rebuilt:
- digestate sludge tank,
- emergency sludge tank,
- roads and squares;
c) demolition:
- sedimentary poet.
Element III land use - covered by the "option right".
The scope of element III includes the following objects:
a) objects rebuilt:
- administrative building,
- workshop building (without dispatch room),
- world,
- warehouses,
- concierge,
- pavements;
b) demolition:
- storage shed.
