1. The subject of the Order is the delivery of off-road cars for the purposes of GK PGE Companies in 2022.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Order is the delivery of 35 pieces Pick-up Double cab type “Hardtop” in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to SWZ. Vehicles which are Subject of the Agreement (in whole or in part) may be covered, depending on the Contracting Authority's free decision: a purchase, a long-term rental service, including the financing of those Vehicles with full maintenance (maintenance), operating leases, financial leases or services fleet management, carried out by a third party selected by the Contracting Authority in a separate purchase procedure.

The subject of the Order is the delivery of 8 pieces Pick-up Double Cab with Package “Off-Road” in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to SWZ. Vehicles which are Subject of the Agreement (in whole or in part) may be covered, depending on the Contracting Authority's free decision: a purchase, a long-term rental service, including the financing of those Vehicles with full maintenance (maintenance), operating leases, financial leases or services fleet management, carried out by a third party selected by the Contracting Authority in a separate purchase procedure.
