Viherkallio daycare centre is a remarkably large daycare centre. There will be 12 groups forming 6 double groups.
The guiding principle of the building layout is that the interiors of each double group are separately accessible from the outside and thus acoustically and functionally distinguishable from other spaces.
The building is designed to be easily built and adaptable. Architecture is rectangular modernism
and the structures can be implemented with traditional simple structures.
The load-bearing structures differentiate into a logical system and are contractor-friendly.
The building's load-bearing vertical frame is the precast concrete walls of the inner shell of the exterior walls, the elevator shaft and the

The Subscriber requires the Provider to participate in the mandatory

The Customer rejects the offer if the provider is not familiar with the

The customer will select one operator based on the tendering procedure.
The tender shall correspond to the invitation to tender and its annexes and to the
requirements, including any suitability requirements. Content
the tender not responding to the invitation to tender shall be rejected. A late offer will not be taken
