The subject of the order is the maintenance of green and cleanliness in the summer and winter in the city of Biłgoraja and the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from municipal cemeteries and street baskets located in the city of Biłgoraja from 1 April 2022 — 31 December 2023.

The Ordering Party divided the following into two parts:

Part 1 - Maintaining greenery and cleanliness in summer and winter in the city of Biłgoraja.

Hello 2 - Reception, transport and management of waste from the area of municipal cemeteries and street baskets located in the city of Biłgoraj.

Part 1 - Maintenance of greenery and cleanliness in summer and winter in the city of Biłgoraja.

1.1 The subject of the order is to maintain greenery and cleanliness during the summer and winter in the city of Biłgoraja. As part of the maintenance of greenery, the following works will be carried out:

• mowing lawns together with the collection of a swath,

• fertilization of lawns, shrubs, newborn trees,

• surface cleansing, raking of leaves,

• cutting care and forming shrubs, perennials,

• weed of shrub clusters, discount with perennials and annual plants,

• maintenance of the April meadow,

• watering of the above plants,

• removal of root regrowth of trees,

• removal of tree branches that impede the use of pedestrian strings and bicycle paths,

• taking care of the correct fixation of newfound trees,

• preparation of soil for plantings of annual plants.

• control of pests and fungi pathogenic trees, shrubs, perennials and annual plants

1.2. The scope of work on maintaining cleanliness during summer and winter periods includes the following works:

• mechanical and manual snow removal and control of the slipperiness of sidewalks, bike paths, car parks, squares, separation islands and pedestrian asylums, access roads and access to pedestrian crossings,

• non-imim cleaning of the abovementioned areas and roadways of roads,

• mechanical and manual sweeping of the abovementioned sites,

• surface purification,

• operation and maintenance of fountains,

• service of city shutters,

• maintenance of the municipal market.

1.3.Moreover, as part of the implementation of the above task, the Contractor is obliged to

• making on the facilities where playgrounds are present, a weekly review of play equipment together with minor repairs and carry out their disinfection,

• replacing sand in sandboxes, at least twice a year i.e. the first time until 30.04, the second to 30.06;

• washing park benches and lantern lampshades on the territory of the squire vis a vis St George,

• conducting and sending electronically to the contracting authority the daily register of work performed,

• purchase of fungicides and insecticides and control of pests and fungi pathogenic trees, perennial bushes and annual plants,

• cleaning (washing) granite monuments (m.p.n.) to celebrate important anniversaries and holidays. It concerns memorials in the territory of the war cemetery at Lubelska Street in Biłgoraj, “Monument to children lost” in the communal cemetery at Lubelska Street in Biłgoraj, in front of the Biłgoraj City Office building, on the territory of the square “Solidarity Park”, the Saxon square, the square next to the restaurant “U Dorosza”.

Scope of parts 2- Reception, transport and management of waste from the area of municipal cemeteries and street baskets located in the city of Biłgoraja.

2. - Reception, transport and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from municipal cemeteries,

- Reception, transport and management of selectively collected municipal waste from municipal cemeteries:

(a) metals and plastics, including multi-aerial packaging;

(b) paper and cardboard;

(c) glass;

(d) biowaste.

- Reception, transport and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from baskets set on the territory of squares, squares, parks, road lanes.
