Building-related preventive and corrective maintenance is understood to mean all maintenance of buildings/objects and installations that relate to facilitating people and their activities and do not directly contribute to the core activities of WSHD. This concerns architectural and general maintenance and related (diy) services and deliveries, which aim to bring and keep the buildings / objects in good condition. This also includes sustainability aspects and energy efficiency. The work in this tender contributes to the overall maintenance condition of these buildings/objects and installations and must be aimed at reliable, safe and efficient use. The work must be carried out on buildings, objects and installations spread over the entire working area of WSHD.
