I. The scope of continuous cleanliness:
- maintaining cleanliness of rooms used,
- sweeping, washing up,
- vacuuming carpets, rugs, rugs,
- replacement of PVC bags in shredders as needed, max, twice a week,

1. Corridors, staircases, halls, connectors (daily):
- sweeping and washing floors with non-slip liquid,
- keeping wipers and rubber mats clean along with removing mud, water and sand,
- emptying and keeping rubbish bins clean, bag replacement,
- vacuuming window sills, balustrades,
- removing running dirt on walls and ceilings that can be cleaned,
- vacuuming the carpet,
- maintenance of parquet, PVC flooring, ceramic tiles (terrazzo, epoxy, terracotta),

2. Toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and kitchenettes (daily):
- sweeping and washing floors,
- keeping clean sinks, toilets, mirrors,
- securing continuity of use through ongoing replenishment, by the Contractor's means - liquid soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, hygiene bags, fragrances,
- emptying, keeping trash bins clean,
- emptying rubbish bins after 14 before each subsequent day off,
- washing ceramic tiles,
- flooding sewage grates in toilets,
- cleaning up after any failures.
3. Office rooms (once a week):
- vacuuming, washing and preserving PVC floor coverings,
- sweeping, washing, surfaces of wooden floors, parquet and floor panels,
- emptying, keeping trash bins clean,
- replacement of garbage bags and daily removal of garbage to containers,
- vacuuming the carpet,
- cleaning furniture, door frames and doors with the use of a cleaning agent designed for this type of surface,
- cleaning window sills, radiators and their casings,
- cleaning up after any failures.
4. Elevators (daily):
- sweeping and washing floors,
- mirror cleaning,
- removing running dirt on walls and ceilings (without using water) using cleaning agents that do not degrade the coating,
- cleaning up after any failures.
5. Guest rooms:
- cleaned according to reported needs (at least once a month),
- priming drain grates (at least once a week).
6. Machines, equipment and materials as well as cleaning and hygiene products necessary to perform the subject of the contract will be provided by the Contractor by his own transport and at his own expense.
