Procurement of wood fuel for the Tervola municipal heating plant.
Continuous delivery of wood fuel from the Tervola municipal heating plant, delivered to a fuel silo or warehouse, as well as replenishment of the silo. In addition, the supplier is responsible for the snow work in the yard area and the summertime cleaning of the asphalt field and the environment from fuels, as well as the emptying of the ash container either for reuse or for an official landfill at its expense.
The heating plant, owned by the municipality of Tervola and using mainly solid fuels, is located in the town plan area of Tervola village at Viiantie 4 and was commissioned on 1.1.2005.
The total output of the heating plant is 4.7 MW, of which the rated output of the solid fuel boiler is 2.5 MW, the oil-fired boiler 1:its 1.5 MW and the oil-fired boiler 2:its 0.7 MW.
The solid fuel boiler is LAKA –Y 2.5 MW. The average heat production is approximately 8,800 MWh/year. The annual maintenance of the heating plant takes place during August, and at that time the heating is carried out on behalf of the municipality with light fuel oil.
The heating plant's equipment underwent a fairly extensive renovation in 2017.
At the end of 2022, there were 59 district heating connections.
The fuel storage silo has a volume of approx. 300 m3 and requires rear discharge and/or separate machine work to fill the silo. The maximum height of the transport equipment at the door of the storage silo is 4.30 m.
The yard area is mainly asphalted. The area to be plowed is approx. 4000 m² in the front and back yard, the yard must be in working order during the winter.
