Estimated volume and ceiling price/volume
FI will call off consulting services during the framework agreement period as the need arises, it is therefore difficult to estimate the total volume of the assignment. Previous framework agreements had a total turnover of approximately SEK 4.5 million during 2019-2022. The volume estimate should only be seen as information and FI cannot guarantee any call-off volume. The volume varies from year to year.
Following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 19 December 2018, Case C-2016/17, a maximum call-off volume must be indicated. The practical significance means that the framework agreement is considered forfeited, firstly when the contract expires and secondly when the invoiced value reaches the specified amount. The maximum possible call-off volume during the total contract period is estimated at SEK 6 million, provided that all estimated consulting hours are utilized, which constitutes the ceiling volume of the framework agreement.
All volumes and amounts stated in the procurement documents are estimated and do not constitute a volume guarantee during the contract period. The scope of the current procurement may both be less than and exceed the specified volume.
Term
The framework agreement is valid from the signature and two years framåt.FI may, on otherwise unchanged terms, extend the framework agreement by a maximum of one (1) year on two occasions. The duration of the framework agreement is thus a maximum of four (4) år.FI must notify in writing no later than two (2) months before the end of the contract period whether the extension of the agreement will be used. If an extension of the agreement is not requested, the agreement will expire.

All times are preliminary and subject to change due to events that cannot be predicted. FI will apply a ten-day contract block after the award decision. The agreement becomes valid only after both parties have signed it.
