The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting and nursery, to be performed in the Łąck Forest District in 2024. and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and nursery resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

These contracts will consist of the repetition of services similar to those which are the subject of this contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed the value of 30% of the value of this contract.
