1. The items of the order are periodically repeated deliveries of the “Delivery of Diesel”.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ and the draft contract which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the order are periodically recurring deliveries entitled "Delivery of diesel fuel".

2. Detailed definition of the subject of the contract: delivery of diesel oil for "diesel" engines, meeting the requirements of: the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the relevant applicable Polish or European standards - EN 590 standard. The subject of the contract also includes the transport service of the above-mentioned fuel. The estimated amount of ordered diesel fuel on a scale of 1 month is: 18 m3, carried out in deliveries every 2 weeks in the amount of approx. 9 m3 each. The forecast total quantity of the subject of the order for the duration of the contract is: 216 m3.
