The order comprises the services of property planning (performance profile buildings and interiors) in accordance with Section 34 HOAI for work phases 1 to 9 for the new Merkatorstraße day care center in Grevenbroich.

The urban development company Grevenbroich GmbH is planning to build a daycare center (daycare center) on Merkatorstraße in Grevenbroich.

The aim is to build a 6-group daycare center on a property to be acquired by the city of Grevenbroich, which ensures the increasing need for care places - also in the area of U3 care. The 6-group institution (U3 care in all groups) must meet the requirements of the National Youth Welfare Office (LVR) and must be coordinated with it.

The new construction project is to be realized on two floors. The property is a suspected contaminated site in the immediate vicinity of a railway line, which will have an impact on sound insulation. As part of the implementation of the project, an energy standard in accordance with GEG 2020 must also be implemented.

Costs have been calculated in advance for the new day care center on Merkatorstrasse. These amount to approximately EUR 4.6 million (gross) for all measures. The total costs determined include the costs of cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276.

The subject of the present tender are the services of the property planning (service profile buildings and interiors) according to § 34 HOAI (LPH 1-9).

The client reserves the right to outsource the construction work to a general contractor if necessary.
