1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a 20-seater bus (19 passenger + 1 driver) brand new, designed for the transport of disabled people, including 2 places for a wheelchair. The bus must be brand new, complete, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, manufactured in 2022 or 2023. The bus must have the legally required approvals, in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and section II.2.4 of this announcement.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a 20-seater bus (19 passenger + 1 driver) brand new, designed for the transport of disabled people, including 2 places for a wheelchair. The bus must be brand new, complete, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, manufactured in 2022 or 2023. The bus must have the legally required approvals. 1) The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in the subject specification of the terms of the contract, including the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 7 of the SWZ. 2) Detailed requirements for the implementation of the contract in question are also specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 of the SWZ. 3) The contract in question is co-financed from the funds of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, a project called "Equalizing opportunities in access to education and social rehabilitation of disabled children and youth by eliminating transport barriers in connection with the transport of disabled people to rehabilitation facilities located outside the City and Municipality of Staszów" under Area D of the program entitled "Program for leveling differences between regions III". 4) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee and warranty on the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of final acceptance of this order. Warranty and guarantee without mileage limit, counting from the date of delivery (for the engine, all components of the bus, including the proper functioning of the bus, material and factory defects) and the bus body used to transport disabled people. Note: The warranty period is the criterion for the evaluation of offers. Detailed information on how to evaluate tenders is included in point 21 of the SWZ. The warranty for corrosive perforation of the body is not a criterion for the evaluation of offers. 2. Deadline for the execution of the contract: from the date of signing the contract to 19.05.2023. 3. The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and conditions contained in the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party does not require: - the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or, - to check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
