The test must be suitable for use in children aged three to 7 years.

The lollitest as antigen tests must be offered in individual packaging. This is a minimum requirement. This is intended to ensure the greatest possible flexibility in use and distribution in daycare centers and kindergartens and services in the state of Lower Saxony. If not all necessary accessories (such as instructions for use and extraction solution) are available for each test, but the same bottle of extraction solution must be used, for example, to carry out several tests, the same bottle extraction solution is contrary to the above-mentioned use of antigen tests — especially since the spacing preservation provided for “parts” of a packaging is no longer guaranteed.
