Delivery of ultrasonic water meters and implementation, commissioning of a system providing remote reading and training of employees in the use of this system. Water meters, devices and software with a license delivered by the Contractor will be adapted to work with the existing consumption settlement program. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 SWZ

Replacement of mechanical water meters with ultrasonic ones in accordance with the list attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of one new passenger and delivery vehicle for the needs of water meter readings. The car should be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. Różana 1, 62-220 Niechanowo. The vehicle must meet the technical requirements set out in the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, SWZ, the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended) and the implementing regulations of this Act. The vehicle offered by the Contractor should be fully operational and meet the technical, quality and functional requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 8a) attached to this Specification of the Terms of Contract.
