The invitation to tender involves 31 institutions. In total, 713 electricity meters / market locations with a total volume of approx. 350 GWh / a are tendered.

Taking into account the wishes of the participants (eco vs. gray energy) and the various starting points (SLP, RLM, own grid usage agreements, etc.), the market locations were grouped into 15 lots.

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Appendix 2, section 1 (Market Locations). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 1 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in appendix 1;

(2) The contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, lot 1 (Directory Market Locations).

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Appendix 2, lot 10 (Market Locations Directory). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 10 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in Annex 1;

(2) The Contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, Lot 10 (Market Locations Directory).

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Appendix 2, Lot 11 (Market Locations). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 11 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in Appendix 1;

(2) The Contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy equal to the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Appendix 2, Lot 11 (Market Locations Index).

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Appendix 2, Lot 12 (Market Locations). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 12 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in Annex 1;

(2) The contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, Lot 12 (Market Locations Index)

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Appendix 2, lot 13 (Market Locations Directory). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 13 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in appendix 1;

(2) The contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, lot 13 (Market Locations Directory).

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Annex 2, Lot 14 (Market Locations). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 14 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in Appendix 1;

(2) The Contractor undertakes to supply, for the market locations indicated in Appendix 2, Lot 14 (Market Venues Directory), electrical energy equal to the total requirements of the Principal pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Annex 2, Lot 15 (Market Locations). The sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 15 results in the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year, as shown in appendix 1;

(2) The Contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, Lot 15 (Market Locations).

(1) The contract covers the uninterrupted supply of electrical energy for the market locations listed in Annex 2, Lot 2 (Market Locations). From the sum of the predicted consumption data of all market locations of all consolidated customers in lot 2, the total delivery quantities (total forecast quantities) per delivery year are calculated as shown in Annex 1;

(2) The contractor undertakes to supply electrical energy in the amount of the total requirements of the contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of this contract for the market locations specified in Annex 2, Lot 2 (Market Locations Directory).
