6. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.
7. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the so-called basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order in the scope covered by the so-called right of option.
8. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 14 months from the date of commencement of the provision of service G exceeds: 13 818 kilometers for part No. 1.
9. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.
10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.

• acceptance of consignments for carriage at the places and dates set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, as set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement,
• loading the shipments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,
• discharge of consignments from the vehicle at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, as set out in Annex 1 to the contract.
2. A detailed description of the implementation of the G service is described in the "Schedule for the implementation of the G service", constituting annexes No. 1 to the model contract - respectively for each of the parts.
3. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the model contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
4. All cars intended by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the model contract: Technical and functional parameters of vehicles, constituting Annex No. 2 to the model contract.
5. Volume of kilometers for the basic order to be executed for the course No. 10/458 and 10/3364; vehicle category II from 3.51 to 8.0 tons necessary elevator + side doors; the length of the route in circulation 144 km; total number of circuits for the procedure 376; maximum number of km (with option right): 54144 km (including the number of km covered by the so-called basic contract (80%) 43315; number of km covered by the so-called option right (20%) 10829).
6. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car.
7. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the so-called basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order in the scope covered by the so-called right of option.
8. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 14 months from the date of commencement of the provision of Service G exceeds: 42 336 kilometers for part No. 8.
9. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.
10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
11. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction.
12. The Contracting Authority does not provide for convening a meeting of Contractors.

14. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320).
15. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, but may not entrust the subcontractor with the performance of the contract in its entirety.

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services as part of the implementation of intra-node courses (the so-called G services) in the area of operation of RD Warsaw.
G Service — consists in the transport of Shipments (including Shipments containing Postal Shipments), under which the Contractor is obliged to:
