There are six buildings, each with 60 single rooms as accommodation.

The rooms are connected to a central ventilation system.

The adjoining rooms are ventilated with individual fans.

- The systems must be put into operation and approved

- 36 fire dampers are to be retrofitted

- 6 Split air conditioners need to be upgraded and put into operation

- Inventory documents must be prepared
