The purpose of this consultation is to select a service provider whose mission will be to carry out diagnostic services and spot checks on roads to be carried out on all roads and other developments managed by Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines Communauté d'agglomération (Sqy), the municipalities of Clayes-Sous-Bois and Plaisir.The Framework Agreement includes diagnostic and control services to be carried out on all roads (roadway, sidewalks, cycle paths) as well as on other facilities (schoolyards, sports facilities, car parks, park or garden traffic). The technical services are described in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.)
