CONSTRUCTION OF THE SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SUPPLY NETWORK IN THE OSTROWY GÓRNICZE DISTRICT IN SOSNOWIEC (IN THE FOLLOWING STREETS: STARZYŃSKIEGO, METALOWA, KLUBOWA, GÓRNA, JULIUSZOWSKA, FELIKS – BOCZNA, GAŁCZYŃSKIEGO, PONIATOWSKI, ORZESZKOWA, LIMBOWA, MACZKOWSKA AND NIECAŁA), AS PART OF THE PROJECT – PART I, WITHIN THE SCOPE OF

TASKS 1: CONSTRUCTION OF THE SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM IN UL. MACZKOWSKA STREET IN SOSNOWIEC WITH A SEWAGE COMPRESSOR STATION AND SURFACE RECONSTRUCTION;

TASKS 2: CONSTRUCTION OF A RAINWATER SEWAGE SYSTEM IN UL. MACZKOWSKA STREET IN SOSNOWIEC ALONG WITH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SURFACE

Execution of construction and assembly works (including supplies necessary to perform these works), including in particular:

FOR TASK I:

- construction of a sanitary sewerage network with diameters DN 160 ÷ DN 200 (1 267,20 m),

- construction of a pressure sanitary sewage system with diameters DN 110 (354.00 m),

- construction of a concrete chamber DN 2500 mm equipped with a sewage compressor station with fittings

(1 pc.),

- construction of a plastic retention tank DN 3000mm, L = 6.0 m (1 set),

- construction of power connections for pumping stations with electrical installations and I&C,

- restoration of the surface after works related to the construction of sanitary sewage system,

For TASK II:

- storm water drainage network on the section: D11-D38 – PVC-U SRD34 SN8 Lite Dz 500x14,6 L=550,82m, D38-D40 – PVC-U SRD34 SN8 Lite Dz 315x12,1 L=43,84m, D37-D38 – PVC-U SRD34 SN8 Lite Dz 500x14,6 L=10,62m, W3-D36 – PVC-U SRD34 SN8 Lite Dz 500x14,6 L=1,49m, D36-D37 – PP SN8 DN800, L=5m,

- construction of a section of rainwater sewage system from well D11 in the direction of Starzyńskiego Street, which should be blinded – PVC-U SRD34 SN8 Lite Dz 500x14.6 L = about 10m,

- construction of drains to the above-mentioned well,

- construction of street inlets on sections D38-D11, D38-D40,

- construction of rainwater and meltwater outlets,

- restoration of the surface after works related to the construction of storm water drainage,

- construction of a sidewalk / fuse in accordance with the design documentation,

- construction of a torch course.

The works being the subject of the contract, described separately for TASK 1 and TASK 2, should be performed jointly.

The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works including:

For TASK 1: installation works in the field of water supply network, sanitary sewage system, road works, electrical works;

For TASK 2: installation works in the field of storm water drainage network, road works.

Alternatively, the contract will be awarded under the conditions specified in the PPL, under the single-source procurement procedure, taking into account the following principles and price-setting factors:

For the valuation of works identical to the basic contract, the calculation will be made on the basis of the prices indicated in the cost estimate;

Construction works for which there are no unit prices in the cost estimate submitted by the contractor should be valued using the detailed calculation method, prepared on the basis of the works measurement book confirmed by the Supervision Inspector;

unit prices of materials and equipment for these items should be adopted – without purchase costs – based on average prices, from the last published issue of the SEKOCENBUD publishing house, and labour prices based on average prices for the Silesian Voivodeship, from the last published issue of the SEKOCENBUD publishing house, in the period of execution of these works;

In the absence of prices in the SEKOCENBUD publishing house, rates from purchase or rental invoices will be accepted, but mark-ups will not be added to the prices from these invoices.
