The Greifswald State Building and Property Office intends to award the concession for the operation of the canteen on the Anklam Police Centre property, including the provision of operational catering for the police stations.
Provision of operational catering for the M-V police forcesThe service includes the provision of operational catering for police forces on the property of the Anklam Police Centre. Almost 350 people are currently employed at the site. Some of the employees are employed in alternating shifts and focus shifts. For the catering (food and drinks) the usual main meals of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, night catering) should be served.
Since assignments can also take place on weekends, holidays or at night,
the provision of care is also necessary at these times.
In recent years, it has been shown that a demand of approx. 2,500 to
results in more than 3,000 food bags per year. These figures are not a guaranteed purchase quantity, but are merely to be seen as a forecast for the next few years.
Operation of a canteen in the Anklam police centreThe Greifswald State Building and Property Office intends to award the concession for the operation of the canteen on the property of the Anklam Police Centre. Almost 350 people are currently employed at the site. Some of the employees are employed in alternating shifts and focus shifts. The canteen catering of the Anklam Police Centre is accessible to the public via the main entrance.
Currently, an average of 150 participants take part in the lunch supply in regular operation. The catering room has 80 seats.
The canteen catering should include 3 lunches, at least in the core time from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., at a fixed price as well as a needs-based range of canteen goods (side dishes, non-alcoholic drinks, food and beverages).
In addition, a conference and event service should be feasible if required (by pre-order).
The canteen is open for catering outside the home with the consent of the concessionaire. This means that food can be prepared on site. The premises may be used for this purpose.
The built-in kitchen technology consists of a full/preparation kitchen. For the future production process of the food distribution, any form of operation is open to the concessionaire.
The existing kitchen technology is to become the property of the canteen operator against payment of a transfer fee.
