The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction works for the following tasks: Task I “Roads on the estate Dąbrowa II in Kielce — 1st stage. Task 1: Construction of a municipal road on os. Dąbrowa II in Kielce on the section from Wincenty Street from Kielce to Warsaw Street with the construction of a new bus loop” Task II “Water supply and sewerage network in the Dąbrowa II estate in Kielce — stage II”

1. The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction works for the following tasks: Task I “Roads on the estate Dąbrowa II in Kielce — 1st stage. Task 1: Construction of a municipal road on os. Dąbrowa II in Kielce on the section from Wincenty Street from Kielce to Warsaw Street with the construction of a new bus loop” Task II “Water supply and sewerage network in the Dąbrowa II estate in Kielce — stage II”

2. Construction work for the aforementioned investments include:

(a) preparatory works, including, inter alia:

• Measurement works,

• felling of colliding trees and shrubs if necessary,

• protection of trees and shrubs for the duration of construction,

• demolition works;

(b) earthworks;

c) the construction of roads on the Dąbrowa II estate marked according to. MPZP* symbols KL 004 (approx. 995 m long) and KL 009 (approx. 122 m long);

(d) the construction of a bus loop in the area of the intersection of KL 004 and KL 009, located in the area marked in the MPZP by the symbol KS 3;

e) construction of bus stops (8 pcs. );

(f) construction of intersections with other public roads;

(g) the construction of cycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle paths and walkways;

(h) construction and reconstruction of descents;

(i) the construction of a rain sewer;

(j) the construction of the rainwater drainage system in Warszawska Street with the restoration of the pavement structure;

(k) construction of drainage;

(l) construction of street lighting;

m) construction of a technological channel;

(n) reconstruction of collisions with teletechnical and electricity networks;

o) adjustment of the height of the wells of sanitary sewage system to the elevations of the designed road

p) making horizontal and vertical marking and brd elements;

q) finishing works.

3. Construction work for Task II include:

(a) construction of water supply system 1 of the pressure zone (stage II):

• by way marked in the MPZP symbol KL 004 between KL 005 and KL 018, the section from W17 to W28 (terminated with HP9 hydrant),

• in the area of the pumping station — section from W41 to W42;

b) construction of water supply system 2 pressure zone (stage II):

• by way marked in MPZP with the symbol KL 004 from pumping station to KL 011 road — section from P1 to P37 (terminated with HP26 hydrant), including booms:

from P3 to P3.3 (terminated with HP16 hydrant),

from P7 to P7.1 (terminated with HP17 hydrant),

from P14 to P14.2 (terminated with HP18 hydrant),

from P17 to P17.2 (terminated with HP19 hydrant),

from P19 to P19.2 (terminated with HP20 hydrant),

from P21 to P21.2 (terminated with HP21 hydrant),

from P22 to P22.2 (terminated with HP22 hydrant),

from P23 to P23.2 (terminated with HP23 hydrant);

• by way marked in MPZP with the symbol KL 018 — ring from P29 to P32;

The order includes the execution of:

• water supply of 250 mm PE pipes with a total length of approx. 147 m;

• water supply of 180 mm PE pipes with a total length of approx. 545 m;

• water supply of 125 mm PE pipes with a total length of approx. 262 m;

• water supply of 200 mm ductile iron pipes with a total length of approx. 48 m;

• water supply of 150 mm ductile iron pipes with a total length of approx. 156 m;

• water supply of 100 mm ductile iron pipes with a total length of approx. 30 m;

• water pumping station on the plot of ewid. 2365/1 within 0007 together with the development of the pumping station site (according to the project).

c) construction of sanitary plumbing with booms (stage II):

• by way marked in MPZP with the symbol KL 004 from the pumping station to KL 014, the section from B11 to B19, including all booms from B11 to B19 (including B14 to B14.2);

• by way marked in the MPZP symbol KL 004 between KL 018 and KD 029, a section from C1 to C15 together with all booms from C2 to C14 (including C3 to C3.6.2);

• by way marked in MPZP with KL 018 — section D1 to D7 together with all booms from D3 to D7, section D8 to D8.1;

• in Wincentego Street from Kielce between property No. 67 and KL 011 road — section from E1 to E3 together with boom from E2 to E2.1.

The order includes the execution of:

• sanitary plumbing made of PVC pipes 200 mm with a total length of approx. 778 m, sanitary plumbing with PVC pipes 160 mm with a total length of approx. 151 m.
