DanTysk and Sandbank (DTSB) Offshore Windfarms, located in DE, will both come under a new joint operating strategy. Based on this, a subsequent list of annual O&M Services for the WTGs and foundations are required to tender.
The aim of this tender is for the Employer to enter into a Technical Service Contract with maximum one (1) Contractor per Lot. The Contractor can be successful in securing one or more Lots (i.e. multiple. Lots).
Contract Duration: 2 years + Employer option to extend the Contract (1+1+1)
Planned Contract Commencement Date: January 2021.
This call for tender procedure is being processed as a Competitive Negotiated Procedure, under the European Directive on public procurement in the Utilities sector as implemented in German law and consists of two phases, namely:
Phase 1: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (hereafter the “PQQ”) and Selection Phase
Phase 2: Invitation to Tender (hereafter the "ITT") and Award Phase.
C1a: Crane STAT inspection - Hoisting Equipment (Nacelle Crane [Hiab], TP crane [Palfinger] yearly inspection and re-certification
C1b: Lift STAT Inspection - Hoisting Equipment Service Lift [Skyman @DT and Avanti @SB]), yearly inspection and re-certification with accredited expert.
C1c: Mounted Safety Equipment STAT inspection - WTG and Foundation Mounted Safety Equipment (MSE) annual inspection and re-certification.
C1d: Hoisting equipment annual service - Hoisting Equipment (Nacelle Crane [Hiab], TP crane [Palfinger] and Service Lift [Skyman and Avanti]) annual/inspections and repairs (if any), according as minimum the OEM manuals/checklist.
C2: Annual Service of WTG and Foundation.
C3: Minor Annual Service Corrective works - As a result of C2, any minor corrections works (e.g. wear and tear replacements). Works completed in parallel with C2.
C5: Flange Bolt Inspections
C7: Additional Services - Planned or unplanned minor corrective, minor upgrades or updates on the WTG and/or FOU, following in addition to annual service.
C8a: Troubleshooting - Troubleshooting Assistance (e.g. alarm handling and fault finding) to support the Employers Troubleshooters during the Campaign period.
C8b: Troubleshooting via call off - Troubleshooting Assistance at short notice (via Call off) –To support the Employers Troubleshooters throughout the fiscal year on any unforeseen issues.
C6: NDT inspections - Annual NDT Inspections of Monopile Welds for approx. 25% of the assets. Visual Test/Ultrasonic Test/Magnetic test (VT/UT/MT)
