The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential real estate in the Wierzbica Commune and the collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of services under the name "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential real estate in the Wierzbica Commune and collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK in the city of Rzeczków Kolonia". A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include in particular:

1.1 Collection of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Wierzbica,

1.2 Transport of collected municipal waste,

1.3 Management of collected waste, i.e.: transfer of selectively collected municipal waste collected from property owners to waste recovery and neutralization installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended); transfer of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste to a municipal installation in accordance with Article 29a of the Waste Act.

1.4. Collection and management of collected bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in cycle 1 time per year by 31 May, in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed and accepted by the Contracting Entity,

1.5 Preparation and distribution of the waste collection schedule together with information on the correct waste segregation within 5 working days from the date of approval of the schedule by the Ordering Party.
