The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works including the modernization of the water main in the agglomeration of Włocławek in ul. POW, pl. Wolności and Dziewińska along with sections of the distribution network, connections and connections as well as reconstruction and replacement of fittings and water supply nodes (including fittings, valves, hydrants, boxes for valves and hydrants, valves, etc.), with surface reconstruction after all works and all works accompanying the reconstruction of the infrastructure in question.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works including the modernization of the water main in the agglomeration of Włocławek in ul. POW, pl. Wolności and Dziewińska along with sections of the distribution network, connections and connections as well as reconstruction and replacement of fittings and water supply nodes (including fittings, valves, hydrants, boxes for valves and hydrants, valves, etc.), with surface reconstruction after all works and all works accompanying the reconstruction of the infrastructure in question.

The total length of water mains along with distribution network sections, connections and connections planned for modernization is about 2 km. The number of gate valves to be replaced is 28 pcs. Cables and gate valves selected for modernization and replacement are located mainly in road lanes. Due to the density of buildings and high traffic within the city center, most of the modernization works should be carried out using trenchless methods (tight fit technology, thermosetting sleeve, drilling, cracking). Wherever it is not possible to use the trenchless method for technical reasons, modernization will be allowed in an open excavation.

The scope of work includes the modernization of water mains and the replacement of water supply networks along with sections of the distribution network, connections and connections in the streets:

• ul. Plac Wolności (on the section from Polska Organizacji Wojskowa St. to Brzeska St.) - modernization of the DN350 water main with a length of about 184 m with replacement of valves and hydrants;

• ul. Polish Military Organization (on the section from Plac Wolności to the gate valve in front of railway tracks) - modernization of the DN350 water main with a length of about 568 mb as well as connections, distribution network and connections with a total length of about 122 mb with replacement of valves and hydrants;

• ul. Dziewińska (on the section from Wiejska St. to Kruszyńska St.) - modernization of the water main with a diameter of DN400 with a length of about 589 mb and a diameter of DN600 with a length of about 402 mb as well as switching of connections and replacement of connections with a total length of about 139 mb with replacement of valves and hydrants .

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1. preparation of design and technical documentation specified in the Functional Program, including in particular:

a) the documentation required to obtain (if required) the competent authority's acceptance of the notification of the intention to carry out construction works / obtaining the final decision of the Construction Permit (which will require such a decision) in accordance with the provisions of the Building Law together with all necessary opinions, statements of owners, arrangements and approvals,

b) development of technical documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Building Law, other legal provisions and applicable Polish Standards, principles of technical knowledge,

c) obtaining all required opinions, project arrangements, to the extent resulting from the provisions and permits for carrying out construction works.

2. performance of construction works based on the design and technical documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer and the Supervision Inspector, and exercising author's supervision during the implementation of the Works in accordance with the design documentation,

3. restoring the site to its condition before starting construction works,

4. preparation of as-built documentation after completion of construction works.

5. As part of the comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract, all works should also be carried out - ancillary and accompanying works that are necessary for the proper performance of the works included in the Contractor's offer, i.e. organization and protection of the construction site, as well as all preparatory and cleaning works along with the arrangement of the area after completion construction.
