Essentially, the following services may be required for buildings of Heidelberg University: Construction maintenance work: - Maintenance and refurbishment measures, some of which increase the value, including the building envelope such as gable roofs/flat roofs and age-related structures (technical and structural aspects such as leaks, thermal bridges, fire protection, etc.); - The implementation of changes of use and conversions in the buildings (e.g. due to new appointments, professorships). Due to the number and complexity of the buildings, this is a lot tender (5 lots) from which a bidder can be awarded 2 lots.
