The city of Hamm (client) writes the framework agreement for the catering of the residents of the emergency shelter in the Alfred-Fischer-Halle of the city of Hamm
The emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle is designed and furnished for an occupancy of 550 residents.
The scope of services includes in particular:
- Preparation, delivery and distribution of food
- Personal presence at the fixed catering times, including times of preparation and follow-up of the food distribution.
- Provision of the necessary infrastructure for food distribution such as refrigerators or counters, tables, dispensaries, spit protection devices, etc.
- Provision of food for the residents of the emergency shelter, quantitatively based on the current number of residents
- Provision of food both with and without meat (vegetarian). Cultural and religious restrictions should be taken into account. The distribution of pork should be avoided. The quantitative distribution should be variable, so that a quantitative shift between vegetarians and residents can be reacted to without restrictions in the choice of food.
- Serving food at the fixed meal times, at least lunch must be provided as hot meals. Dessert is available for lunch.
- Distribution of drinks at meal times
- Provision of drinks in the sleeping area of the residents 24 hours a day. Hot and cold drinking water must be provided.
- At the request of the facility management: Provision of catering packages for a catering of 24 hours (usually lunch - dinner - breakfast) for residents who are in quarantine.
- Cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, dispensaries and refrigerators at least daily. The floor and dining tables of the residents are cleaned by the cleaning service and therefore do not have to be taken into account.
- Participation in service meetings at the facility.
