The subject of the contract is the delivery of parking meters along with their technical and service in the area of the city of Bielsko-Biała

A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapters III-V of the Terms of Contract Specification (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").

A) The scope of the contract shall cover in particular:

1) development and transfer of the parking meter location project along with obtaining all necessary arrangements and acceptance of the Ordering Party;

2) providing software for managing parking meters (hereinafter referred to as "Software");

3) delivery, assembly, programming and commissioning of 14 parking meters, including 11 for servicing the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) in Bielsko-Biała and 3 for servicing the car park at Władysława Broniewskiego Street in Bielsko-Biała, located outside the public road lane;

4) ensuring the possibility of paying fees in parking meters for parking vehicles using coins, payment cards and the BLIK system and the possibility of paying an additional fee for non-payment of the parking fee (notification);

5) training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of current operation, functioning

and maintenance of parking meters and operation of the Software along with the transfer of training materials;

6) providing the Ordering Party with complete technical documentation, i.e. technical specifications of parking meters together with the manufacturer's warranty document;

7) conducting organizational and technical activities related to comprehensive service

and ongoing maintenance of parking meters;

8) collection and conversion of coins from parking meters and payment of parking fees (paid in cash) to the account of the Ordering Party;

9) granting a license to the Software.

B) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract until 2.09.2025, subject to § 3 section 5 of the Model contract. At the same time, the Contracting Authority assumes that the conclusion of the contract for this contract will take place by 14.07.2023. In the event of prolongation of the procedure for the award of this contract, in particular as a result of the use of legal remedies by the Contractors, this deadline and the deadlines indicated in § 3 section 5 of the Model Agreement will change accordingly;

C) The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys 00/100).
