Construction of 82 New Build Houses and Alterations to a listed former Victorian school to form offices for the Association together with all site works.

Five contractors will be selected from completed ESPD forms.

The five contractors will then participate in a Quality/Price selection process comprising a bill of quantities and tender forming the price element and an interview and Community Benefits Assessment forming the quality element.

One successful contractor will be appointed.
