Conducting post-investment nature monitoring for the investment entitled "Modernization of the Świnoujście – Szczecin fairway to a depth of 12.5 m."

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in conducting post-investment nature monitoring for the investment entitled: "Modernization of the Świnoujście-Szczecin fairway to a depth of 12.5 m".

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in conducting post-investment nature monitoring for the Investment entitled: "Modernization of the Świnoujście-Szczecin fairway to a depth of 12.5 m" (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment") in accordance with the guidelines of the Ordering Party and Decision No. 6/2017 on environmental conditions of 14.06.2017 issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Szczecin, sign: WONS-OŚ.4211.17.2014.AT.35, together with the decision of 13.10.2017, issued by the Regional Director of Environmental Protection, sign: WONS-OŚ.4211.17.2017.AT.45 and decision of 21.11.2017, issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection, sign: WONS-OŚ.4211.17.2017.AT.KK.49.

The aim of post-investment nature monitoring is in particular:

1) determining the impact of the excavation works and artificial islands carried out in the designated areas of the Szczecin Lagoon and the Świnoujście-Szczecin fairway for selected parameters,

2) monitoring the impact of the Investment at the stage of operation - documenting changes in the environment of the Szczecin Lagoon and the Świnoujście-Szczecin fairway and in the expected range of the project's impact (in the field close and far from the disturbance center),

3) verification of the forecasted effects formulated in the report on the impact of the project on the environment,

4) analysis of monitoring results in relation to research reports obtained during the implementation of pre-investment and investment monitoring,

5) assessment of the long-term impact of the work carried out and the effectiveness of compensatory measures.
