The turnkey contract is offered by Kerteminde Municipality (hereinafter "Client"), and the contract covers both the design and execution of Rynkeby Nursing Home.
The purpose of the competition is to produce proposals for the construction of the new Rynkeby Nursing Home in Kerteminde Municipality, so that it meets the wishes for care for the residents as well as architectural requirements as stated in the building programme.
The undertakings concerned are free to design the buildings and to plan the premises mentioned in the tender documents, provided that the programme requirements are otherwise met.
