1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of milk and dairy products for the needs of the Municipal Social Services Centre in Wrocław (concerns 3 parts of the contract, the procedure conducted in parts). 2. Common procurement vocabulary: CPV: 1550000-3 Dairy products, 15540000-5 - Cheese products, 15511000-3 – milk, 15512000-0 – cream, 15530000-2 – Butter, 15551000-5 – Yoghurt and other fermented milk products

The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Central Kitchen located in the Social Welfare Home (DPS) at 25 Karmelkowa Street in Wrocław. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation are specified by: 1) Price calculation (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ); 2) Draft agreement (Annex 7 to SWZ). NOTE: All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL. The performance of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Civil Code and the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to this subject of the contract.
