The subject of this contract is design and construction works including modernization works, including extension, renovation works along with the replacement of equipment and equipment of the sewage treatment plant in Leżajsk. The scope of activities planned to be implemented under the contract, taking into account the adopted division into lots, includes sewage treatment plants calculated as part of the description of the next 6 lots, as indicated in point 5 part AND SIWZ (IDW).

The subject of the order for lot I of the order - task No. 1 is:

Modernization of the power system.

The modernization of the Transformer Station includes the following elements:

- medium voltage switchgear:

- low voltage switchgear

- transformers

- measuring and billing system

- capacitor battery

- reserve supply system for the sewage treatment plant

- field switchgears

- power lines

- teletechnical sewage system

The subject of Lot 2 of the order - task of No. 2 is:

1. Storm overflow chamber.

Implementing the provisions of the decision on environmental conditions in the scope of reducing the odor nuisance of the sewage treatment plant, the chamber should be renovated. It is an existing object, in constant use.

2. Dense grates building.

Existing facility, in constant use. New facilities are built in the building, no work is required to do so. Modification of the ventilation system is required - by introducing the encapsulation of channels, devices and container positions.

3. Renovation of the sandpit, including the execution of the sand and sandstone control panel.

Existing facility, in constant use. It is anticipated that it will be overhauled and constructed by the I&C system.

The subject of the order for lot 3 of the order - Task No. 3 is:

Adaptation of the third Imhoff settler to the role of a retention tank.

As part of the expansion, adaptations of the third Imhoff settler to the retention tank should be made by removing the side flow troughs. A sewage expansion chamber should be made - allowing proper use of the retention tank equipped with a 3-chamber separation system (2 settling tanks and the third - adapted for the retention tank).

The subject of the order for lot IV of the order - task No. 4 is:

1. Carports for equipment on the maneuvering yard as part of the task, a carport for means of transport should be constructed - 6 roofed stands for heavy vehicles. Cover the stands with full side (and back) walls. Perform drainage with an oil separator. Entry should be equipped with linear drainage along the entire length. Equip the carport with internal lighting and electricity connection points (230 and 400 V) - at every workstation. On the entry side, make 3 water draw-off points (in the middle and on the sides).

2. Administrative and social building with garages and facilities of the back-up complex.

To ensure proper operation of the modernized sewage treatment plant, it is necessary to ensure proper conditions for service employees. The following works must be carried out to ensure the proper functioning of the facility:

- reconstruction of the roof over the building and garages to a gable roof,

- insulation and renovation of the external facade,

- renovation and reconstruction of a cloakroom with bathrooms,

- renovation and reconstruction of the control room.

Garages and workshops: repair and replenishment of plasters, painting, replacement and adjustment of electrical and heating installations, and complete ventilation system replacement. Full thermal modernization of buildings.

The subject of the order for part V - task No. 5 is:

1. Extension of the sludge thickening system and replacement of the drainage centrifuge.

Existing facilities, in constant use. The compaction system consists of:

- compaction station

- gravity thickeners

- distribution and measurement chambers of concentrated and excessive sludge

- concentrated sludge tanks

- concentrated sludge pumping station

- centrifuge (2 pieces)

It is required to expand the building and construct two lines of excessive sludge concentration. The new compaction system should be included in the sludge part of the sewage treatment plant

1. Modernization of the main pumping station (limited scope).

2. Modernization of the 2nd degree sewage pumping station.

3. Modernization and extension of biological reactors.

4. Modernization of secondary settlers with a separation chamber

5. Implementation of a blower station.
