The Central Finland Hospital District (KSSHP) is requesting a quote for self-monitoring blood glucose products and their home delivery service in accordance with this invitation to tender. Home delivery service is an option that is considered when comparing offers. However, its organization is not an absolute requirement.

The Central Finland Hospital District and the procurement ring (subscriber) formed by it will organize a tender for products and services related to self-monitoring for the determination of blood glucose levels. The procurement ring includes the Health Center of the Jyväskylä Cooperative Area, the City of Äänekoski, the Municipality of Pihtipudas, the City of Viitasaari, the Municipality of Kinnula, the Municipality of Muurame, the Saarikka Basic Health Insurance Company, The tender is carried out by the Central Finland Hospital District Procurement Office, authorized by the participants in the procurement ring.

The purpose of the subscriber is to select three (3) different meters for each group of users in order to appropriately address the specific requirements of the patient.

In order for a bidder to submit a bid, the bidder must offer all products that relate to user groups 1, 2, and 3.
