The subject of the order is the delivery of diesel to the Department of Komunalna Economy “Bolesław” Sp. z o.o. in Bolesław, Osadowa Street 1, 32-329 Bolesław.
The description of the item of the order is specified in Annex Nos 7 and 8 to the SWZ.
1. The item of the order is the delivery of 1 800 000 litres of Ekodiesel diesel with PN-EN 590 parameters. The order includes the delivery of diesel fuel at least every other business day (in case of greater demand daily). If one of these days is a day off work, the next next working day after agreeing with the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall supply and mount the tank along with the fittings at the following locations:
— on the territory of the company's base at 1 Osadowa Street, 1 piece of portable device (tank with fittings) with a capacity of 5,000 dm
— on the site of the new base on Liberation Street in Bolesław after obtaining a permit for use but not earlier than 3.1.2022.
