- mission 1: assistance in launching or piloting urban, environmental and pre-operational technical studies;

- mission 2: assistance in the operational set-up of blocks or development operations;

- mission 3: assistance for the preparation, launch or follow-up of operator / architect consultation;

- mission 4: support in the drafting and updating of technical appendices to promises and acts (CCCT, CLPT, etc.);

- mission 5: assistance to the MOA for the piloting of the MOE during the construction phase;

- mission 6: participation in meetings.
