The Framework Agreement concerns the surveillance and guarding of communal sites for the needs of the grouping of orders formed between the City of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (coordinator) and Le Touquet & Co (lot 1: Enduropale and lot 2: events and various surveillance).

The Framework Agreement, a single awardee without negotiation or re-competition for each of the lots, will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders as and when necessary, with no minimum and with a maximum number of hours of surveillance and guarding for each of the lots.

Definition of annual quantity requirements (hours of surveillance and guarding):

Prize 1: 5,000 hours maximum for the enduropal event,

Lot 2: 3,000 hours maximum per year.

The duration of the framework agreement is set at 12 months from 1 January 2024, tacitly renewable for a period of one year.
