The different DPEs covered by this framework agreement are as follows:
- collective DPE to the residential building (Article 2.1 of the CCTP);
- DPE to housing established according to the collective DPE (article 2.2 of the CCTP);
- Isolated DPE (apartment or detached house) (Article 2.3 of the CCTP);
- DPE of a building established according to the methodology of the tertiary DPE (Article 2.4 of the CCTP);
- DPE of a building following its rehabilitation including the DPE of housing (Article 2.5 of the CCTP);
- DPE of a new building (built by the contracting authority) including the DPE of housing (Article 2.6 of the CCTP).
