The Contractor shall perform the material scope of the Contract, broken down into Tasks:
a) Task No. 1 Reconstruction of combined combined sewage system and construction of distributive sanitary and rainwater sewage systems in Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Młynarza, Schmidt, Moniuszki, Szymanowski, Paderewski and Turowski streets together with liquidation of combined sewage wells;
b) Task No. 2 Reconstruction of the existing water supply network together with the replacement of water connections and sanitary sewage connections in the streets: Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Moniuszki, Schmidt, Turowskiego and Paderewskiego;
c) Task No. 3 Reconstruction of streets: Nowowiejskiego, Młynarza, Turowskiego, Schmidt along with the construction of additional rain wells in streets: Nowowiejskiego, Turowskiego
Construction works will be carried out in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Employer - 4th English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 - translation of the first edition of FIDIC 1999 (the so-called red FIDIC).
1) The Contractor shall perform the material scope of the Contract, broken down into Tasks (the quantities indicated are estimates):
a) Task No. 1 Reconstruction of combined combined sewage system and construction of distributive sanitary and rainwater sewage systems in Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Młynarza, Schmidt, Moniuszki, Szymanowski, Paderewski and Turowski streets together with liquidation of combined sewage wells:
- Installation of PVC sanitary sewage network with diam. 315 mm, with a length of about 1 221 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC sanitary sewage network with diam. 400 mm, with a length of approx. 354 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC rainwater sewage network with diam. 315 mm, with a length of approx. 1 227 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC rainwater sewage network with diam. 400 mm, with a length of approx. 356 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Dismantling of existing wells including the exclusion of the existing combined sewage channel together with temporary and accompanying works;
b) Task No. 2 Reconstruction of the existing water supply network together with the replacement of water connections and sanitary sewage connections in the following streets: Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Moniuszki, Schmidt, Turowskiego and Paderewskiego:
- Installation of PE water supply network with diam. 160 mm, with a length of approx. 369 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PE water supply network with diam. 110 mm, with a length of approx. 1 080 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PE water connections with diam. 40 mm, with a length of approx. 407 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC sewage connections with diam. 160 mm, with a length of approx. 676 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC sewage connections with diam. 250 mm, with a length of approx. 44 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- demolition of road surfaces,
- Dismantling of water supply connections, hydrants, gate valves including shutting down the existing water supply system together with temporary and accompanying works;
c) Task No. 3 Reconstruction of streets: Nowowiejskiego, Młynarza, Turowskiego, Schmidt along with the construction of additional rain wells in streets: Nowowiejskiego, Turowskiego:
- Installation of PVC rainwater sewage network with diam. 200 mm, with a length of approx. 306 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Installation of PVC rainwater sewage network with diam. 250 mm, with a length of approx. 44 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,
- Execution of road surfaces with curbs and street sewage in accordance with the Design Documentation, including decisions of road managers - restoration of road surfaces covered by Task No. 3 applies only to the following surfaces:
• from destruction - approx. 7,000 m
• from crushed stone - around 6,830 m
• from asphalt mixtures - approx. 6 476 m
• made of concrete cubes - approx. 1 152 m
Other types of pavement (pavements, exits, parking lots) and greenery are outside the scope of Task No. 3 as well as the Contract - this scope will be carried out by the Kępno Commune.
